Further way of nepali congress

This is the very much critical situation for nepali congress. After the election of federal system ,it seemed that there is the need of deep evaluation for not achieved such expecting results .Nepali congress was the biggest party in the previous election but this election shows how the views of nepali citizens changed. This shouldnot be there is democratic fighter party shouldn't faced such a result. But the result of election cannot decided by the leader of nepali congress it is determined by the nepali citizens .people maynot got such a result according to their expectation .There are the several reasons behind the unexpected results of nepali congress in election . 

 1)Not good leadership Behind the several reason it is one .The leadership of neplai congress cannot go ahead according to the principles .Oneway leadership of Mr. Sher Bahadur Deuba didn't progress the party inspite the government was ran by nepali congress .The plan and policy cannot get implemented strictly .party cannot seemed stable in their own principal.

2)Lack of proportional participation in party Chair person of nepali congress Mr. Sher Bahadur cannot included according to others expectation. He had put the needed persons according to his favour. He falsr to include proportionally. 

 3)Lack of unity among the party leader party leaders needed to be one any how for the better achievement .In case of rules of break and broke party also gets broke. Other party can utilized benifit from this. So this is the main reason of loosed.

 4)Formation of nepal communist party Being unity of communist party ,nepali congress seemes afraid and false to made unity according to communist so this is also the reason of loose.

5)Not being posetive towards party Those leaders who are expected too much from nepali citizens cannot gave such votes. Many leaders among the party cannot conducted meeting during election too. 

6)False to choose the correct candidate According to many reputed evaluater nepali congress is false to select the good candidate as per the expectation of nepali. So it also became the reason of loose. The great obstacles became the favourasium and relationship candidate selection. Etc


These are the main reasons of loosed the elections inspite of many reasons .So it needed to evaluate deeply for the better future of nepali congress. solutions The great things in any case is positiveness ,if there is the great feeling of positive towards the party every leaders need to make unity. Unity has strength to change any cases .The chair person also make the decisions according to the principles of proportional system. There should be held meeting according to time and necessity. There should be given equal respect and position to all concern leaders .There shouldnot be any favourasium in the party. Any break needn't be there in the party. Party need to try for the involvement of other small party in nepali congress .There should be good works in the party. Party need to raise the positive works towards the whole nepali citizens. It is also needed that whole development works should in the favour of nepal and nepali. There should be the great feeling towards national integrity and sovereignty. Party need to perform different tasks rather than other party. It is also needed to change according to time and necessity. Conclusion It the party can evaluate above mention things result may change in next elections if there will not good judgement party may be in endangered position.
